Summary: The prevalence of HFpEF hospitalizations during pregnancy has increased over time and is associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes. Risk factors include hypertension, anemia, obesity, diabetes, among others, which are known risk factors for HFpEF. Women with HFpEF are more likely to experience adverse pregnancy outcomes.
