Summary: This study found distinct differences in kinetic and kinematic variables between single and consecutive jumps, including differences in peak MTP and ankle extension velocities, knee extension moments, ankle and knee power generation during take-off, as well as peak MTP flexion angles, joint velocities, and peak knee flexion moments and power absorption during landing. The results suggest that consecutive jumps result in different movement patterns and higher loading responses in jump take-off and landing phases.
