Hysteresis Analysis of Hole-Transport-Material-Free Monolithic Perovskite Solar Cells with Carbon Counter Electrode by Current Density-Voltage and Impedance Spectra Measurements

Syed Afaq Ali Shah et al.

Summary: Organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells have attracted attention due to their increased power conversion efficiency, but current density-voltage hysteresis remains a key challenge. Establishing a measurement protocol for reliable results is necessary. Hysteresis was found to be dependent on scan direction and time delay, with impedance spectroscopy revealing further insights into the effects of scan speed, delay, and frequency. Studies on hysteresis could help improve device performance and stability in the long term.
