Highly Stable and Spectrally Tunable Gamma Phase RbxCs1-xPbI3 Gradient-Alloyed Quantum Dots in PMMA Matrix through A Sites Engineering

Fei Li et al.

Summary: Perovskite quantum dots have emerged as new functional materials for display applications, with the issue of red wall obstruction being successfully addressed through the fabrication of alloyed quantum dots. The photoluminescence emission wavelength of the quantum dots can be tuned effectively, and they exhibit high quantum yields and good stability in aging tests. When integrated into LCD backlights, they achieve a color space of approximately 130% of the NTSC 1931 standard with a matching rate of 100%.

Electroluminescence Principle and Performance Improvement of Metal Halide Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes

Aqiang Liu et al.

Summary: Metal halide perovskites have shown promise for high-definition displays due to their narrowband emission and high efficiency, but face challenges in stability, efficiency, and luminance in pure-blue and pure-red light-emitting devices. Understanding photoluminescence effects and addressing bottlenecks is key to overcoming these obstacles.

Ligand-Assisted Sulfide Surface Treatment of CsPbI3 Perovskite Quantum Dots to Increase Photoluminescence and Recovery

Kim Anh Huynh et al.

Summary: CsPbI3 perovskite quantum dots (QDs) are prone to instability over time due to ligand loss and phase transformation, resulting in a significant decrease in photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY). A surface treatment method utilizing a sulfur-oleylamine (S-OLA) complex has been shown to improve the PLQY of CsPbI3 QDs to 82.4% and enhance colloidal stability, maintaining over 80% PLQY after 20 days of storage. The introduction of S-OLA not only enhances stability but also enables the recovery of lost photoluminescence in aged QDs, promoting their potential use in high-performance perovskite-QD-based devices.

Multivariant ligands stabilize anionic solvent-oriented α-CsPbX3 nanocrystals at room temperature

Yanqing Luo et al.

Summary: A method for high-quality alpha-CsPbX3 synthesis at ambient conditions is developed in this study, allowing for simple tuning of size and spectral properties of CsPbX3 nanocrystals by changing cationic ligands or reaction solvents. Additionally, the synthesis of two CsPbX3 materials previously unreported in literature was achieved using this method.
