A comparative study of bubble formation characteristics in non-Newtonian and high-viscosity Newtonian fluids by a laser image technique

Summary: A laser image measurement system was established to study the dynamic bubble formation in high-viscous fluids, showing that the shape of bubbles is influenced by the type of solution and experimental conditions. The experimental data revealed the evolution pattern of bubbles in different fluids.
