Coordination Polymers Constructed from Semi-Rigid N,N′-Bis(3-pyridyl)terephthalamide and Dicarboxylic Acids: Effect of Ligand Isomerism, Flexibility, and Identity

Chia-Jou Chen et al.

Summary: In this study, five metal complexes containing semi-rigid ligands were synthesized and their structures were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. These complexes exhibit different topologies, and the structural properties of the coordination polymers are influenced by the choice of dicarboxylate ligands and the positions of donor atoms in the ligands.
