Summary: This study prepared a series of Ag2O/Ce2O p-n heterostructures via a hydrothermal approach and studied their crystal structure, morphology, chemical composition, optical properties, and photocatalytic activity. The results showed that the 4% Ag2O/Ce2O nanocomposite exhibited superior photocatalytic activity under visible light illumination compared to other samples, indicating significant advancements in environmental applications.
