Summary: A series of manganese oxides/porous carbon hybrid composites were obtained by a two-step process, and it was found that different manganese oxides have different effects on the dielectric properties of absorbers. The addition of porous carbon is crucial for enhancing the EMA performance of composites, improving impedance matching and conductive loss.
