Iron and Manganese Codoped Cobalt Tungstates Co1-(x plus y) FexMnyWO4 as Efficient Photoelectrocatalysts for Oxygen Evolution Reaction

Muhammad Athar et al.

Summary: Photoelectrocatalysts are robust materials for energy production, and iron and manganese doping can narrow the optical band gap of Co1-(x+y)FexMnyWO4, resulting in improved electrocatalytic activity for the oxygen evolution reaction. Among the synthesized samples, CS, codoped with manganese and iron, shows the lowest onset potential and requires the lowest overpotential to achieve the target current densities.
