Thermal and rheological investigation of non-Newtonian fluids in an induced-charge electroosmotic micromixer

Summary: This study developed an induced-charge electroosmotic solver considering Joule heating effects to investigate the rheological effects of non-Newtonian fluids in a trapezoidal micromixer. The results showed that the proposed micromixer offers advantages of high mixing efficiency and flow rate, especially in Newtonian and shear-thinning fluids.
