Despite the unprecedented challenges brought by the Covid19 pandemic, the Journal of Experimental Botany has successfully weathered the storm and seen a substantial rise in its Clarivate Web of Science impact factor to 6.992, reflecting the high quality of published papers.
It is just over a year since I succeeded Christine Raines as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Experimental Botany, a year that brought unprecedented challenges for all of us due to the Covid19 pandemic.
