Erector spinae plane block versus retrolaminar block for postoperative analgesia after breast surgery: a randomized controlled trial

Sayaka Sotome et al.

Summary: A comparison study between ESPB and RLB for postoperative analgesia after breast surgery found that there was no significant difference in analgesic efficacy, consumption of remifentanil during anesthesia, pain intensity at rest, and occurrence of PONV between the two groups, suggesting that ESPB is equivalent to RLB in this context.
