Enhanced ferroelectric properties of (Zn, Ti) equivalent co-doped BiFeO3 films prepared via the sol-gel method

Chang-Chang Zhang et al.

Summary: The influence of (Zn, Ti) equivalent co-doping on the structure, surface morphology, and ferroelectric properties of BFZTO films was systematically investigated. Co-doping resulted in structural transformations, improved film density and uniformity, reduced oxygen vacancy concentration, and enhanced dielectric and magnetic properties. Additionally, the co-doped BiFe0.96Zn0.02Ti0.02O3 film exhibited the lowest leakage current density, highest remnant polarization, and stable overall performance.

Effects of solvents and Al doping on structure and physical properties of BiFeO3 thin films

Xia-Li Liang et al.

Summary: In this study, BFO and BFAO thin films were prepared using two different acid solvents, leading to different structural and ferroelectric properties. Al doping was found to improve film density, reduce porosity, and decrease oxygen vacancies, ultimately enhancing the ferroelectric properties of the films.

Summary: This paper reports the enhanced optical and dielectric properties of (Zr, Cu) dual-doped ceramics prepared using a cost-effective sol-gel method. The study reveals the potential of these ferrites in visible light photocatalysis and their improved dielectric response, making them promising for high-frequency devices. Impedance spectroscopy confirms the semiconductor behavior of the materials.
