TARBP2 promotes tumor angiogenesis and metastasis by destabilizing antiangiogenic factor mRNAs

Meicen Zhou et al.

Summary: TARBP2 is a novel regulator of tumor angiogenesis, promoting tumor-induced angiogenesis by selectively downregulating the expression of antiangiogenic genes. Its expression level is negatively correlated with antiangiogenic factors and is strongly associated with tumor angiogenesis in human cancer samples.
