Ecological risk assessment of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in surface sediments from aquaculture system

Nuning Vita Hidayati et al.

Summary: This study investigated the presence of OCPs and PCBs in the surface sediments from shrimp ponds in the northern part of the Central Java coast. The highest concentration of OCPs was found in Brebes Regency, while PCBs mainly originated from Aroclor 1254 and Aroclor 1248. Some OCPs were found to exceed sediment quality guidelines, highlighting the potential adverse effects on the environment.

Analysis of Collaboration Evolution in AHP Research: 1982-2018

Dejian Yu et al.

Summary: Bibliometric analysis was used to evaluate collaboration evolution in analytic hierarchy process research, identifying the most prolific countries and institutions and exploring their collaboration relationships. Science mapping techniques were used to analyze the dynamic changes in 9859 publications over time and across institutions. This study offers a new perspective on collaboration evolution analysis within the AHP field.

Estimating priorities from relative deviations in pairwise comparison matrices

Jiulong Zhang et al.

Summary: This study introduces a new method for deriving priority vectors from pairwise comparison matrices, using the concept of relative deviation interconnection and minimizing norms of deviations through four conic programming models. Numerical examples demonstrate that the new method can efficiently identify unusual and false observations, providing further suggestions for reducing inconsistency.

A FAHP-FTOPSIS approach for choosing mid-term occupational healthcare measures amid the COVID-19 pandemic

Toly Chen

Summary: The research aims to establish a systematic procedure for selecting suitable mid-term occupational healthcare measures for a factory amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The proposed fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (FTOPSIS) approach is utilized to evaluate and compare different measures based on subjective judgments. The best-performing mid-term occupational healthcare measure for the factory has been identified as isolating machines, followed by further automation.
