Summary: Photo-immunotherapy using black phosphorus nanoparticles modified with hyaluronic acid shows excellent therapeutic efficacy through combined photothermal and photodynamic therapy, remodeling tumor-associated macrophages and inducing immunogenic cell death. The nanoparticles selectively accumulate at the tumor site and induce antitumor immune responses by releasing DAMPs.
