Summary: In this study, silver (Ag) nanoparticles were synthesized using an aqueous extract of fresh leaves of Chenopodium murale and TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized using the sol-gel technique. New nanocomposites with enhanced mechanical properties and antibacterial activity were prepared, showing the potential for use in food packaging applications.
