Impact on Structural, Morphological, and compositional properties of CZTS thin films annealed in different environments

Shefali Jain et al.

Summary: The study shows that annealing in a vacuum environment can improve the quality of CZTS thin films by reducing surface defects and increasing volume fraction, while keeping crystallite size similar to the as-deposited film. The study suggests that vacuum annealed thin films have the least defects and provide the best quality CZTS thin films.
