Geographical and temporal variation in reduction of malaria infection among children under 5 years of age throughout Nigeria

Wellington Oyibo et al.

Summary: Since 2010, there have been significant reductions in malaria infection rates in children under 5 in most states of Nigeria, with the most significant improvements seen in the southern and central regions. The northern regions have also shown reductions, albeit less pronounced, indicating ongoing efforts to combat malaria in the country.
