Summary: This study presents an optimized protocol for high frequency in vitro plant propagation, phytochemical accumulation, molecular profiling, and antioxidant evaluation in Swertia minor. Different types and concentrations of hormones showed significant effects on plant growth. The protocol can be effective for large-scale propagation and active compound exploitation in Swertia minor.
