Prediction Models in Degenerative Spine Surgery: A Systematic Review

Daniel Lubelski et al.

Summary: The systematic review examined existing literature on prediction models in degenerative spinal surgery and found significant heterogeneity in methods used to develop these models. Most models were internally validated, with a few externally validated. Techniques for development included machine learning and logistic regression, with some articles containing web-based calculators.
