MiR-339 is a potential biomarker of coronary heart disease to aggravate oxidative stress through Nrf2/FOXO3 targeting Sirt2

Linying Shi et al.

Summary: The study found that the expression of miR-339 in coronary heart disease is closely related to increased oxidative stress, and its downregulation can inhibit oxidative stress by activating the Sirt2/Nrf2/FOXO3 pathway. Therefore, miR-339 may be a new target for treating coronary heart disease and a potential biomarker.
