Clinical Features and Risk of Relapse in Children and Adults with Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody-Associated Disease

Alvaro Cobo-Calvo et al.

Summary: The study aimed to compare clinical features, disease course, and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody dynamics between children and adults with MOG-Ab-associated disease. Children showed better recovery compared to adults, with adults having a higher risk of relapse. Children with monophasic disease became MOG-Ab negative earlier than relapsing children, but this pattern was not observed in adults.
