Association between ambient air pollution and pregnancy outcomes in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization in Shanghai, China: A retrospective cohort study

Wenming Shi et al.

Summary: The study found that exposure to ambient air pollutants, especially NO2 and PM10, was associated with lower pregnancy and live birth rates in patients undergoing IVF. Stratified analyses indicated that high levels of ambient SO2 and O-3 were related to adverse pregnancy outcomes in some subgroups of IVF patients.
