Comparative evaluation of solid-phase extraction and in-tube liquid-liquid extraction for determination of triazole pesticides in water samples

Summary: In this study, two extraction methods (in-tube liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction) were compared in terms of precision, recovery percentage, and time. The optimum conditions for the extraction efficiency were determined, and it was found that solid-phase extraction was more effective than in-tube liquid-liquid extraction. The proposed procedure was successfully applied to the analysis of real samples, and it was found that the concentrations of triazole pesticides exceeded the regulated values.
