Personal exposure levels to O3, NOx and PM10 and the association to ambient levels in two Swedish cities

Susanna Lohman Haga et al.

Summary: This study investigated the associations between personal exposure to air pollution and ambient levels in two cities in Sweden. Results showed significant correlations between personal exposure levels of nitrogen oxides, ozone, and particulate matter with levels measured at air pollution monitoring stations. Stationary measurements were found to be valid indicators of exposure, with approximately 50-70% of the variation in personal exposure explained by stationary measurements.

Effects of air pollution on health: A mapping review of systematic reviews and meta-analyses

Fabio Hech Dominski et al.

Summary: The mapping review on the effects of air pollution on human health showed that most studies support the association between air pollution and health outcomes, with a focus on respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. Future studies should consider extending the analysis to psychological and social aspects impacted by air pollution.
