This report describes a case of phenotypic switching from atopic dermatitis to psoriasis in a 44-year-old male during treatment with upadacitinib. The patient had also experienced a similar course with dupilumab, highlighting the mutual antagonism between atopic dermatitis and psoriasis in predisposed individuals.
