A metabolic glycoengineering strategy dependent on beta-Gal was developed for efficient tumor cell-selective surface glycan imaging. Targeted immunotherapy was successfully achieved based on this strategy by utilizing an antibody-recruiting approach.
A beta-Gal-dependent metabolic glycoengineering strategy was developed for tumor cell-selective surface glycan imaging with high efficacy. Combined with an antibody-recruiting strategy, targeted immunotherapy was achieved successfully based on this strategy.
