The relationship between adolescents' nutrition literacy and food habits, and affecting factors

Summary: The study explored the relationship between nutrition literacy (NL) and food habits (FH) in adolescents, finding a significant correlation between the two. Factors such as gender, education level, grade, BMI values, and daily lifestyle behaviors impacted the NL and FH of adolescents. Increasing NL was associated with positive changes in adolescent FH.
