Aggregation-Induced Electrochemiluminescence Bioconjugates of Apoferritin-Encapsulated Iridium(III) Complexes for Biosensing Application

Lei Yang et al.

Summary: An AIECL bioconjugate was developed by encapsulating Ir(ppy)(3) complexes in apoFt, enhancing ECL emission and enabling sensitive detection of CYFRA 21-1. This study demonstrates the potential for utilizing apoFt in designing iridium(III)-based AIECL emitters for innovative ECL immunoassays.

Ultrasensitive near-infrared electrochemiluminescence biosensor derived from Eu-MOF with antenna effect and high efficiency catalysis of specific CoS2 hollow triple shelled nanoboxes for procalcitonin

Lu Zhao et al.

Summary: A novel multiple amplification strategy for ultrasensitive near-infrared ECL immunoassay in K2S2O8 solution was reported in this paper, based on the antenna effect of Eu-MOF (EuBTC) and a high efficiency catalysis of CoS2 TSNBs. This strategy provides a feasible method for efficient and stable analysis of systemic inflammatory response.

Electrochemistry and Electrochemiluminescence of Coumarin Derivative Microrods: Mechanism Insights

Mengxia Yan et al.

Summary: This study selected C545T as a new ECL illuminant and synthesized organic microrods of C545T for ECL detection in aqueous solution. Cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry of C545T and C545T MRs showed multiple oxidation peaks, indicating that the multiple charge states of C545T could be produced by continuous electron- or hole-injection processes. The ECL system with C545T MRs/TEOA showed intense yellow emission with high selectivity and sensitivity for dopamine detection.
