Reference maintenance in the narratives of Albanian-Greek and Russian-Greek children with Developmental Language Disorder: A study on crosslinguistic effects

Maria Andreou et al.

Summary: This study investigates the differences in the use of referring expressions between Albanian-Greek and Russian-Greek children with DLD and typically developing bilingual children. Changing comprehenders' pronoun interpretations: Immediate and cumulative priming at the discourse level in L2 and native speakers of English

Carla Contemori

Summary: This study investigates the priming effects on L2 pronoun resolution, finding that immediate priming effects are comparable between L2 and native speakers. It also suggests that discourse-level priming can persist for L2 learners who have acquired pronoun interpretation constraints in the L2. Priming effects may be determined by the stability of the structure in the learner's system, regardless of experience with that structure/preference.
