The prevalence and determinants of inappropriate sexual behaviour in people with acquired brain injury in nursing homes

Summary: The study aimed to establish the prevalence of inappropriate sexual behavior, concurrent challenging behaviors, and determinants of inappropriate sexual behavior among patients with acquired brain injury aged <=65 in Dutch nursing homes. Results showed a high prevalence of inappropriate sexual behavior among this patient group, with associations found between various factors and inappropriate sexual behavior.
