High sensitive and fast response humidity sensor based on polymer composite nanofibers for breath monitoring and non-contact sensing

Summary: A rapid and stable polymeric humidity sensor was demonstrated using electrospun sulfonated poly (ether ether ketone)/polyvinyl butyral (SPEEK/PVB) composite nanofiber, showing improved sensing characteristics with SPEEK and PVB ratio of 1:3. The composite nanofiber humidity sensor exhibited high sensitivity, wide working range, small hysteresis, fast response time, rapid recovery time, and stable performance, making it promising for real-time humidity monitoring and non-contact sensing applications.
