Physiological and transcriptomic responses to N-deficiency and ammonium: Nitrate shift in Fugacium kawagutii (Symbiodiniaceae)

The co-occurrence network dynamics in the rhizosphere are more complex than in bulk soil, and community assembly is mainly controlled by homogenous selection and dispersal limitation, with stronger selection in rhizosphere as the plant grows and senesces.
