Simultaneous photoelectrochemical detection of dual microRNAs by capturing CdS quantum dots and methylene blue based on target-initiated strand displaced amplification

Regeneration of [Bmim]BF4 ionic liquid by ozonation: hydrogen bond roles, synergistic effect, and DFT calculation

Modular Synthesis of Pentagonal and Hexagonal Ring-Fused NBN-Phenalenes Leading to an Excited-State Aromatization-Induced Structural Planarization Molecular Library

Determinant Factors of Three-Dimensional Aromaticity in Antiaromatic Cyclophanes

An antiaromatic Ni(II) norcorrole cyclophane was synthesized and exhibited crystal polymorphism with one structure showing an aligned face-to-face stacking arrangement. Experimental and theoretical evidence supported the presence of three-dimensional aromaticity in this conformation. A comparison with an aromatic Ni(II) porphyrin cyclophane revealed larger intermolecular interactions in the norcorrole cyclophane in solution.
