Environmentally responsible behavior of residents: impact of mindfulness, enjoyment of nature and sustainable attitude

Summary: This study investigates the effects of mindfulness and enjoyment of nature on environmentally responsible behavior through the mediating role of sustainable attitude. The results show that mindfulness affects residents' sustainable attitude, while enjoyment of nature has a significant and positive impact on both sustainable attitude and environmentally responsible behavior. The study suggests that destination management organizations should focus on increasing residents' sustainable attitude and enjoyment of nature to promote environmentally responsible behavior and achieve sustainable tourism development.

Effects of environmentally-specific servant leadership on green performance via green climate and green crafting

Summary: The study assesses the impacts of environmentally-specific servant leadership (ESS leadership) on green performance at both team and individual levels using data from tour companies in Vietnam. The results show that green climate mediates the effects of ESS leadership on team and individual green performance. Additionally, green crafting acts as a mediator for the relationship between green climate and individual green performance, while green climate serves as a moderator to strengthen the relationship between green crafting and green performance among employees.
