Summary: This study examined the decision-making problem of selecting Sustainable Third-Party Reverse Logistics Providers for an Indian electronics company, proposing a novel integrated approach under the context of Single-Valued Neutrosophic Sets. The efficiency and practicability of this approach were demonstrated through a numerical case study, showing that it can recommend more feasible performance in dealing with indeterminate and inconsistent knowledge as well as qualitative data. Additionally, sensitivity analysis and comparisons with existing techniques highlighted the robustness and strength of the introduced method.
