In vitro cytotoxicity of zinc oxide nanoparticles in mouse ovarian germ cells

Maryam Saber et al.

Summary: The study revealed that zinc oxide nanoparticles have cytotoxic effects on mouse ovarian germ cells in a concentration- and time-dependent manner, leading to increased ROS generation. Additionally, molecular analysis showed alterations in gene expression of treated cells compared to untreated cells.
