A capture probability analytic model for the electromagnetic launched anti-torpedo torpedo

Summary: An analytic model is established to evaluate the capture probability of electromagnetic launched anti-torpedo torpedoes (ATT) in this paper. The model analyzes the multi-stage coilgun and ATT trajectory, and considers factors such as entry point dispersion and position dispersion of the incoming torpedo. An advanced angle interception mode and a geometric method to calculate the integral boundaries of the probability density function are proposed. Digital simulation confirms the accuracy of the model.
