Chemical composition and antifungal activity of essential oils and their combinations against Botrytis cinerea in strawberries

Summary: The essential oils of Mentha spicata and Cymbopogon martinii showed strong antifungal activities against Botrytis cinerea, reducing disease incidence and severity in strawberries. Therefore, these essential oils have the potential to be alternative methods for controlling postharvest gray mold in fresh strawberries.
