Review of multi-species biofilm formation from foodborne pathogens: multi-species biofilms and removal methodology

Anti-biofilm effect of the cell-free supernatant of probiotic Saccharomyces cerevisiae against Listeria monocytogenes

These anti-biofilm effects were confirmed through microscopy techniques, demonstrating the potential of S. cerevisiae to be used as a biocontrol agent in the food industry.
