This paper discusses the underlying physicochemical phenomena in wettability studies, and Kim et al. provide new insights into the study of graphene wettability using a novel approach in the current issue of Chem.
Although wettability studies involve the measurement of contact angles as the primary data, the underlying physicochemical phenomena remain elusive without metrics that more readily refer to the molecular structure. In this issue of Chem, Kim et al. employ an approach that provides new insights into the study of graphene wettability.
