PROBLEMS OF COGNITIVE STRATEGIES AND EMOTIONAL REGULATION OF TEACHERS IN MODERN EDUCATION

Rashid Jabbarov et al.

Summary: This article examines the manifestations of cognitive strategies and emotional regulation among teachers. The study involves 64 teachers with different academic backgrounds and teaching at different faculties. The findings suggest that age plays a role in shaping cognitive strategies and emotional self-regulation of teachers. Cognitive strategies and expressive suppression of emotions are associated with different qualities of teachers. Adequate self-regulation of emotion is more significantly related to cognitive strategy than expressive suppression. The study also reveals correlations between cognitive reappraisal and personality traits, as well as emotional intelligence and resilience among teachers.

Vision of China's future urban construction reform: In the perspective of comprehensive prevention and control for multi disasters

Jianguo Wang

Summary: The original intention of urban construction was to prevent disasters and improve human health and well-being. However, each disaster poses new challenges to urban planning and design, and future potential multi-disasters will require adjustments to urban design regulations. In the post-epidemic era, a comprehensive urban disaster prevention system should be established, balancing disaster probability and loss costs through digital technologies.

Presence and mobility of the population during the first wave of Covid-19 outbreak and lockdown in Italy

Paolo Beria et al.

Summary: By studying the mobility dynamics in Italy during the lockdown, it was observed that tourists initially left the country while Italians abroad managed to return, stabilizing the population. The most affected regions had more stationary users in the beginning of the outbreak, with a noticeable difference in central/southern regions until the official lockdown was declared on March 9, 2020, two days later. Prior to the lockdown, there was no significant exodus from the North to other parts of the country, instead there was relocation within cities and urban areas.
