A Cluster Randomized Controlled Trial Feasibility Study of a WhatsApp-Delivered Intervention to Promote Healthy Eating Habits in Male Firefighters

Summary: By providing firefighters with a promotional pamphlet and educational material through WhatsApp, it was found that their healthy eating habits, particularly in terms of increased consumption of fruits and vegetables, could be effectively promoted. The study results indicated good feasibility of this intervention in improving participant satisfaction and enhancing dietary habits.
