Comparative study on the efficacy and safety of alteplase and urokinase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Summary: The study shows that intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase or alteplase in the ultra-early stage of acute cerebral infarction can reduce neurological injury symptoms, improve the prognosis of stroke patients. Urokinase has a lower risk of bleeding and better safety compared to alteplase.
