Summary: Research on highly sensitive piezoelectric mobile acoustic sensors using ultrathin membranes to broaden resonant bandwidth for covering the entire voice spectrum. Integration of the acoustic sensor module with machine learning-based biometric authentication demonstrated. Exceptional error rate reduction in speaker identification achieved with PMAS module compared to conventional microelectromechanical system microphone.

Summary: In this study, the first metastable phase Ag, ZnS: alpha-In2S3 QDs were synthesized using ultrafast light-material interaction, with the synthesis mechanism experimentally proven and optoelectronic performance evaluated. The study also demonstrated the long-term stability of the synthesized QDs.
