Summary: This study successfully synthesized silver nanoparticles using different plant extracts and demonstrated the influence of plant extract composition on the size and morphology of the nanoparticles. Summary: This study utilized eco-friendly plant extracts from Leucophyllum frutescens and Russelia equisetiformis leaves for the fabrication of silver nanoparticles, which showed potential cytotoxic effects against cancer cells and higher antibacterial activity against Gram positive bacteria. The conjugate of ampicillin-NPs also exhibited a synergistic effect. Overall, the study demonstrated an environmentally friendly approach to produce nanoparticles with promising biological activities.
