Summary: A novel method for synthesizing FHAP-SH from fish-scale residues using ultrasound irradiation was reported. The FHAP-SH showed significant improvements in dye adsorption capacities and proved to be effective in dye wastewater treatment, meeting ecofriendly requirements, especially in the textile industry.
