Oluseye Olugboyega et al.

Summary: The study proposes a conceptual model for evaluating the success of BBCPs by extracting eight success criteria and categorizing them based on the impact of BIM across four levels of project application. The findings suggest that the success of a BBCP is related to the extent of BIM application and an increase in success criteria is linked to the effectiveness of BIM, rather than its impact. This research is important for developing a model to assess the success of BIM-based construction projects.
