Modelling the Relationship between the Nature of Work Factors and Driving Performance Mediating by Role of Fatigue

Al-Baraa Abdulrahman Al-Mekhlafi et al.

Summary: Driving fatigue is a significant issue in the transportation sector, affecting driver performance and accident risk. Research indicates that driving fatigue plays a crucial role in mediating the relationship between work factors and driving performance. Results from structural equation modelling suggest that driving fatigue partially mediates the impact of work schedule and fully mediates the influence of work activities on driving performance.

Mediating role of strategic orientations in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance of Saudi SMEs

Mohammed Abdulrab et al.

Summary: This study examines the mediating role of strategic orientations in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance of SMEs in Saudi Arabia. Findings indicate that strategic orientations mediate this relationship. It suggests that the model may not be generalisable and more research is needed in different cultural contexts. Additionally, KSA managers should maintain emphasis on entrepreneurship and policymakers need to establish initiatives to promote entrepreneurship in SMEs.
